Joanne has worked in financial services for 30 years. Having worked in one of the largest brokers in the UK for many years, Joanne has vast mortgage processing, customer service & management experience. Joanne prides herself on the service she provides to lenders, clients and solicitors. Since joining Mortgage Focus in August 2018, Joanne has now become a company Director in August 2020 and is enjoying helping to grow the business. Three words clients use to describe Joanne are; “Happy, helpful and always approachable”. When not working, Joanne likes to walk her dog “chuck”, go out for food with her partner and meet up with friends for some drinks.
